1. Information we collect

• Account information:your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture provided by Google.
• Content you provide:product details, selling points, audience notes, and the photos, screenshots, and videos you upload as assets.
• Content we generate for you:scripts, research reports, and the video and image ads created in your account.
• References you save:links to public ads from ad libraries and the structural analysis of those ads (for example, hook type and pacing).
• Technical data:session cookies that keep you signed in, and job records needed to run and troubleshoot generation.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to provide AdForge: to sign you in, run market research, analyze the references you choose, and generate and store your ads. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Original reference videos and images are downloaded temporarily for analysis and deleted afterward. They are not sent to image or video generation models.

3. Service providers

To deliver the service, we send the minimum data needed to these providers:

• Supabase: account authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• OpenAI: text generation, image analysis, and image ad generation, including the product photos you choose for an ad.
• Google (Gemini API): video analysis and script writing.
• Higgsfield: video scene generation, including the product photos you choose for an ad.
• ScrapeCreators: searching public ad libraries.

4. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, AdForge receives only your email address, name, and profile picture, and uses them solely to create and identify your account. AdForge's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service, and never for advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

Your content stays in your account until you delete it. You can delete uploaded assets at any time from the Assets page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
